Why Should I register an account?
Registering an account offers you a safe, easy and fast way to order. It also serves as a way to track your order and receive e-mails about your order.
With a shop-noelle.com account you can:
Save your shipping and billing information and take advantage of Express Checkout
Check your order status and review your order history
Create and manage a product wish list
Be automatically signed up to receive communication and special promotions from shop-noelle.com
How do I register an account?
Go to the My Account section at the top of the page and follow the prompts to create a username and password. You need only to provide us with your name and email address to register an account.
Do I need and account to make an online purchase?
No, you may place an order and check out without registering an account.
How can I retrieve my password?
Go to the My Account section at the top of the page and click on the “forgot password” link. Please enter the email address you used to sign up for your account and we’ll send a temporary password to the email address.
Once you have logged in with your temporary password, go to the profile section of My Account and click the “Change Password” link to select a new password.
Most orders require 24-48 hours to process. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sundays or holidays. Your order will be shipped by Standard Ground unless you need the shipment faster, please email
with any requests for faster ship times.
Shipping Methods and Costs
FREE UPS or USPS shipping on all domestic and international orders. your welcome:)
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Information about any backordered or cancelled items will be sent in a separate email.
Ordering & Payment:
You will be automatically updated of your order status, via email, as it changes. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. You will receive a second email that includes tracking information once your order has shipped.
You may also check the status of your order by logging into your shop-noelle.com account and clicking the Order History tab. You must register for an account with shop-noelle.com to check your order status online.
shop-noelle.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Using a Promotional Code
From time to time shop-noelle.com offers special discounts that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code that we provide. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the code on the Shopping Bag page and hit the “Apply” button. The discount will be applied to your order at checkout.
Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to the following states: Florida.
Please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.
There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
shop-noelle.com will accept unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with tags attached, for a full refund or exchange within 7 days from the shipping date.
Items returned after 7 days may be returned for store credit only.
All vintage items are FINAL SALE
Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Upon the receipt of returned goods, shop-noelle.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.
Most returns are processed within ten days of receipt of merchandise. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed. You may also check the status of your return by logging into your shop-noelle.com account and clicking on the Order History tab. You must be registered with shop-noelle.com to check your return status online.
Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

Damaged Products & Shipping Errors
In the event that we processed your order incorrectly, or you received a damaged or defective item, will gladly replace or take back the merchandise for a full refund at our expense. Please contact Customer Service via email at
prior to returning any incorrect, damaged or defective items.
